Boating Experience.
Our renters must have boating experience. If your experience is limited to a few boat rentals or you have only ever been a passenger on a boat please call us before booking. If you arrive without an experienced operator you risk being turned away at the dock without a refund. This can be avoided by calling us prior to booking: 850-602-4551.
What if the weather is bad??
We understand that the weather can change and we will not hold you to the rental if the conditions are unsafe. Determining weather cancellations will be done by the Pensacola Pontoons Management Team. If there are any concerns regarding weather please call us: 850-602-4551.

Are pets allowed on the boat?
Yes, please be sure to keep them off the seats to protect the upholstery and avoid damage.
Do I need a boater’s license?
Anyone born 01/01/1988 or after MUST have a Boater’s License to operate a vessel in the State of Florida. Therefore, if the driver was born in 1987 or prior they only need a VALID state or government issued photo ID. If they have a valid Boater’s License from their home state bring it with as it will be honored.
Can we fish off the boat?
Absolutely. We do ask you protect the seats from hooks and DO NOT BRING SQUID as bait.
What if I am running late to pick up the boat?
If you are more then 60 minutes late you will be considered a no-show. We charge the full rental amount with no refunds for no-show customers If you know you will be arriving late please call us: 850-602-4551.
What if we need to cancel the reservation?
Please give us as much notice as possible for cancellation, preferably at least a week. If you cancel the day before your rental you will receive no more than 50% refund. If you cancel or no show the day of your rental there will be no refund issued. Please call us with any concerns regarding cancellations: 850-602-4551.
